Once when I was visiting the Calgary, Alberta zoo I had a gorilla do a 180 turn from a seated position and then forcefully pound the glass ritght in front of me. It all happened in a split-second and I let out a scream you wouldn't believe. The glass flexed back and forth like you wouldn't believe. Zoo officials said that gorilla did it often for entertainment. It was something I will never forget and memories came rushing back at me as I saw this image. I don't know how that hole in your image occurred, whether this is even real, or just a product of your most amazing skilled work, but this is a fabulous, fabulous image. I took some images of gorillas in Florida, and they are so depressing, I can't even stand to look at them.

Beautiful work which expresses vividly your concern for the plight of gorillas from our ever increasing encroachment on their habitat.
